Brief Introduction
K623-08DT
Ethernet interface• Standard 10/100M Ethernet port, support TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP and other communication protocols, support Modbus TCP Client/Server industrial bus protocol, simple and powerful, suitable for more application requirements. Diverse expansion units• Support for expanding BD boards and expansion modules. Expansion modules (Expansin Module) are modules used to extend the functionality of the CPU itself. There are many types of expansion modules with numerous ports, and the K6 series CPU can connect up to 14 expansion modules, forming a larger control system. The expansion BD board (Basic Unit Expansion Board, an expansion circuit board on the CPU module) provides a limited number of IO channels and communication ports, which can be directly plugged into the CPU module for use. Compared to expansion modules, the BD board has fewer ports but is less expensive, allowing for further enrichment of the CPU module's functionality. Higher computing speed, more powerful functions• Utilizing a brand-new platform with faster processing speeds, the scan cycle for 1,000 commonly used instructions is 0.3ms. It also provides 8K instructions of program storage space and 20K bytes (V area + M area) of data storage space, ensuring the implementation of complex control programs. Array functionality is supported, allowing up to 16 arrays, each with a maximum of 1024 elements (elements can be any data type supported by KPLC). Users can use array functions to find maximum values, minimum values, averages, and perform sorting, as well as expand data storage space using arrays. Stack functionality is supported, allowing up to 2 stacks, each with a maximum of 1024 elements (elements can be any data type supported by KPLC). Users can leverage stack functions to meet specific needs and further expand data storage space using stacks. The CAN bus interface supports CANOpen master station and Kinco motion control functionThe K606 can add one CAN bus interface via the BD board. The CAN interface supports CANOpen master station functionality, allowing up to 64 slave stations, with each slave station supporting up to 8 TPDOs and 8 RPDOs. It also supports error control methods such as node protection and heartbeat. The CAN interface supports the Kinco motion control protocol and provides simple and easy-to-use positioning control commands. Users can easily connect Kinco's servo and stepper drivers through the CAN bus, with the Kinco motion control protocol supporting up to 16 nodes. Multiple high-speed pulse input and pulse output channelsThe K606 provides four high-speed pulse counters, supporting various counting modes; among them, the HSC0 and HSC1 have a maximum counting frequency of 200KHz, while the HSC2 and HSC3 have a maximum single-phase counting frequency of 20KHz and a dual-phase counting frequency of 10KHz. The K606 offers four high-speed pulse output channels, with channel 0--2 having a maximum output frequency of 200KHz and channel 3 having a maximum output frequency of 10KHz. All channels support PTO (Pulse Train, Pulse + Direction) and PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) output methods. The software also provides PLS (PWM or PTO), positioning control command sets, PFLO_F (Follow Command), and more, making it easy for users to implement simple motion control applications. Compatible with K5 series• The K6 series not only supports the expansion modules of its own series, but also fully compatible with the functions of PLC: IO channels and power supply wiring are completely consistent; K5 programs can be directly run; it supports the connection of expansion modules of single series K5 and K6, or the mixed use of optional expansion modules of two series.
